Desktop Call Assistant is a free program that allows you to receive calls directly on your desktop computer. DCA works with 2 components: the NBX system and the TSP program, which can be installed locally on your machine or on a remote server. The maximum incoming calls you can receive with DCA depends on how many line appearances you have setup for your attendant phone.
